You may close your g111d account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, your account will be deactivated. Any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five business days.

g111d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited conduct.
